design
Design is paramount to a well performing heat protection product. Our designers take on the information from our discovery call to specifically design your bespoke thermal solution. From heat blanket removal for routine component maintenance to specific safety requirements, our design team use their expertise to create your custom heat solution.
manufacture
Once we have designed and prepared your product, our production team will begin the manufacture of your bespoke heat solution. With strict timeframes and a transparent manufacturing process, our team of machinists will get to work on your thermal solution. From single prototypes to limited small production runs and large production volumes, no job is too small for us here at Custom Heat Solutions.
approval & revision
Once your bespoke thermal solution is complete we will deliver it direct to you for review. We understand that things happen and requirements occasionally change post production. No problem. Our design team are on hand to tweak and finalise any changes to ensure you have the best custom thermal solution on the market.
